Property owner webinars

Sound Transit mailed letters in July 2026 to notify property owners that your property is listed as a potential acquisition in the Everett Link Extension Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), which is planned for publication this fall.

Receiving a letter does not mean a decision has been made regarding your property. Decisions regarding potential property impacts will not be finalized until after the Final EIS is published, currently expected in late 2027. It does mean that your property is close to one or more of the options being studied, and we want you to be aware of the project so you can provide feedback and ask questions.

Sound Transit is hosting webinars for property owners, which will cover:

  • Information about the Everett Link Extension project and environmental review process.
  • What it means to have your property listed in the Draft EIS.
  • General information about the Sound Transit property acquisition process.

If you are a property owner looking to speak with Sound Transit about a specific property, you will be able to do so at a later date once the project design is more advanced and a decision has been made around the locations of the stations, routes, and Operation and Maintenance Facility North.
